Integration Copilot in M365

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble understanding something and I'm sure someone here has the answer. I've created a copilot with actions in the (actions preview) section. When I do it from the copilot test window, there are no issues; it responds well to my questions and I don't have any problems. However, as soon as I publish it to access on Copilot M365, it says it can't find the answer even when activating the Copilot Studio plugin.

Could someone tell me where I'm making a mistake or how having actions in Copilot Studio that can be used in M365 Copilot works?

Plugin actions do not currently feed into m365 plugins. You will need to create a conversational plugin instead:

Hello,
Thank you for your response. I tried to do it via a conversational plugin. I can see it appear in my M365 Copilot window, but it never triggers. I must not be doing it correctly.
Is there a site other than Microsoft or a video that could help me understand what I'm doing wrong?
