I have one solution with several components that i want to hand over to a customer.

But i dont understand what kind of licensing the customer needs.

The solution contains

1 app with premium components

1 power automate with premium connections

1 setup of custom connection that is used in power automate and powerapps.

will this work https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/about-powerapps-perapp

I dont understand if this license per app will only apply to my app and not to the custom connection and power automate flow that is part of my solution?

If the custom connector and flow are used/triggered from within the App, then the Per App license will cover them under the context of the App being premium licensed. A Per-App license is applied to an environment and uses passes to assign rights to a user as they log into the App though, so you will need a per-app license pass for every user that will access the App.

Per app. Is the license per user that will sometime use the app or amount of users simultaneously using the app. Ie 10 per app licenses, 10 users at the same time can use the app?

When you share the App with the user they are assigned a license (a pass). So its the number of users that will ever open the App.

If you have more than one environment with the same app, each environment will require its own licensing.

So if you have a hundred users, but only ten will be simultaneously using it, you will need 100 Per App passes.

The licensing guide for the Power Platform can be found here:

And the link you posted above also explains how the assignment of app passes works
