I have a few questions regarding the Agent in Copilot Studio.
1. I created an Agent using Copilot Studio and attempted to integrate an API through the Actions menu. However, every time I access the menu, I am redirected to an error page.
Is this functionality currently unavailable?
The Agent was built using a library, and the error page consistently displays the following message:
The error message says: 'An issue has occurred. Please reload the page. If the problem persists, contact the administrator. Session ID:'
2. Does Copilot Agent provide endpoints or an SDK? One of our clients has requested the ability to send requests to the Copilot Agent and receive responses from a custom-developed page. I would like to know how to retrieve information about the Agent.
Are there any features, APIs, endpoints, or SDKs available to retrieve registered Agents?
1. What do you mean "by using a library"? Was it created programatically somehow?
2. As far as I know that kind of functionality is not available in Copilot Studio. If you'd like to integrate an agent via API, then you'd need to use Azure AI Foundry (former Azure AI Studio) and create a separate deployment. If you'd like to add a chat window to custom developed site, then it's possible - you can integrate the chat via iframe: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/publication-connect-bot-to-web-channels?tabs=preview.
