However, no matter what kind (e.g., doc, pdf, text) or what size of documents I tried to upload, it get blocked as follows. Could you please guide me how to solve this issue?
hello sadly the most possible answer is that your IT admin have activate "DLP" : data loss previention configuration -> it s rule to allow or forbid things in a tool, in copilot studio there DLP to deny what you try to do. So probably most case possible it s block by your it.
