Where is metadata about "Power Apps" stored?

Hello.
Recently I found that there is a default Dataverse table named 'Process' (or 'workflow' in a different column), which contains metadata about all the flows in the environment.
I was wondering, is there a similar table, but for Power Apps? I was hoping there is so I could use that data for a different audit automation.

Application name, modification date and owner would be plenty already. If there's like a version number that would be even better.

I know there are special Power Platform connectors and PowerShell commandlets I can use, but if I could also directly get this info from a Dataverse table, it would be a lot cleaner.
