Power apps community Plan

Hello Community Experts,

I just found this link on power apps community plan

What account i can use to sign up for this?

Can i use my outlook account?

Also How long this will be available to me?

Will I be able to use all the functionalities which will be available in premium connectors as well?

I'm planning it for learning

    You will need a work or school Address like 123@ppp.com.

    If by account you are referring the community plan account, then yes. Is for practice purpose.

    If you are referring to the the work or school address then sign up for E3 office trial; Watch https://youtu.be/gbSuFST-Nx4

    1)What account i can use to sign up for this?

    Anyone with a work or school account can sign up for the Power Apps Community Plan. 

    So if your outlook account is  a work or school account , then you could sign up for this plan.

    2)Also How long this will be available to me?

    This plan is perpetually available, but only for learning and building your skills on Power Apps, Common Data Services, and Power Automate.

    3)Will I be able to use all the functionalities which will be available in premium connectors as well?

    Yes, you could use premium connector by using this plan.

    However, please notice that this plan is only used for learning. So the feathers about sharing are all not supported.

    The supported feathers:

    Functionalities Environment for individual use
    Key features  
    Create and run apps Yes. You can create unlimited apps
    Share apps* No
    Use the Common Data Service Yes
    Model your data using the Common Data Service Yes
    Enterprise-grade administration of the environment and user policies Yes
    Connectivity  
    Connect to Office 365, Dynamics 365, and other connectors Yes
    Connect to cloud-based services like Azure SQL, Dropbox, Twitter, and many more Yes
    Use premium connectors like Salesforce, DB2 and many more Yes
    Access on‐premises data using an on-premises gateway Yes
    Create custom connectors to connect to your own systems Yes. You can create unlimited custom connectors
    Common Data Service  
    Create and run applications on the Common Data Service Yes
    Model your data in the Common Data Service Yes
    Create a database in the Common Data Service Yes
    Create and use dataflows No
    Management  
    Add co-workers as environment makers and admins No
    Add co-workers to the database roles No
    Supports data policies established by the Office 365 administrator Yes
    Establish data policies for the individual environment Yes
