Variable is not in list

Hi

I am calling a power automate cloud flow which pushes out a text variable value.

I then use another power automate cloud flow but am unable to choose the variable I have pushed out in the flow above.

If I change the variable from a topic to a bot variable then I am able to choose it. I don’t want it to be a bot variable as there is a chance this flow won’t get executed based on a condition.

Is there anyway around this ?

    @Jondoesflow thanks for your post.

    Are the two flows in the same topic? Can you post a screenshot so we understand the scenario better?

    If the flow is not executed based on a condition, the first flow will get called ("out of order" in order to fill the variable in) when the variable is used. If this works for your scenario, it might be an option.

    Thanks
