I built an app that reads from one Excel file Datasource, then records user-inputted data into another Excel file Datasource. It works in the editing mode, but it doesn't work when I share it with users, unless I grant them Co-Owner status. Is there a way I can fix this.
For clarity, both Excel files are shared with the users and they have full access of both.
Thank you!
@v-monli-msft I have them stored on my OneDrive Business. They are in my Document's folder in my OneDrive Business folder.
I orignially tried sharing by clicking the Share button, but that didn't work, so I opened up the advance setting and Granted Access and allowed Editing. That allowed me to share them and for them to open it on their computer, but they could not open it in the app without Co-Owner status.
Hi @Anonymous,
Where are the excel files stored? OneDrive or OneDrive for Business or other data sources? How did you shared the excel files with the users and did they log in with their own credentials?

Mona
