Need your guidance on the AI hub licensing requirements. Even though I went through Microsoft documentations, it could not answer some of my doubts. We are currently using office 365 E1 license and with this license we have access to power apps and power automate

We have a requirement to extract data from pdf documents. We need to extract around 30 fields from the pdf invoices we get from customs and every month we need to extract this data for around 300 documents. I was planning to use AI hub in power apps. But I am thoroughly confused on the licensing requirement. I went through microsoft documentations. But I could not find any answers to the below.

It talks about some credits. It says, 500 credits in power apps and 5000credits in power automation. How do I convert these credits into pages? How many credits it would consume, if we extract 30 fields from 300 documents in a month?
It talks about $500 per month licensing as well. But do I need to take this expensive license? if my only consumption is 30 fields per page and the requirement is for 300 pages.
Can we build and use unlimited document extraction tools using the AI Hub feature available in power apps and power automate with my current license of office 365 E1?.
