Can someone help with Copilot studio architecture, role of GenAI and usecases

I am new to copilot studio and exploring the same from past few days. Looking for some help around the architecture of Copilot studio and Gen AI usecases around it. Also connectivity with External datasources like Servicenow/Salesforce.

    We have a video with step-by-step instructions on how to provide Gen Answers over ServiceNow. The same pattern applies for SalesForce.
