Last week, I noticed a change in how the iOS mobile app version 3.19034.10 updates custom PowerApps. Previsouly, when the app was loading it would notify the user that it was downloading, which indicated that it was retrieving a newer version of the app. As of last week, this dialog has been removed. Instead, the user is notified of a new version once the app is opened.

Spoiler (Highlight to read)
THE ISSUE: The subsequent message should not appear if the newest version of the app is loaded.

In the image displayed on the left, the user is notified to tap to update to the newest version. After following these instructions, the app reloads. This is where the issue begins. A subsequent message as seen in the image displayed on the right, informs the user to update the app in order to use all features. IMO, this banner should not appear if the newest version is loaded to elimnate any confusion for the user.
I would like to see if someone on PowerApps team could address this matter.
Thanks,
John
