Unable to see modern tab

While in Canvas apps editor - overview, I toggled modern controls and themes. However when I click insert, I cannot see the modern tab.

    Hi , @Ekude 

    Have you open this option in your setting:

    And i test it in my side , it works good when i insert the control:
