MFA Keep asking for Authentication

Hi there, quick question here?

I have been enrolled in MFA, I have the app downloaded in my phone and is seems like is working fine. I open Powerapps on my iPhone and I had to approve just one. But everytime that I have to open on my tablet it asks for authentication.

Any idea why is the issue?

@sajarac On the tablet are you loading the App from a browser or the PowerApps App? if you are loading it using a browser, try loading it through the App and see if you have the same experience.

Hi,

Thank for your prompt response, I am running in both ipad and phone form the app

@sajarac Try loading it with a browser by logging into Powerapps with your credentials. Sometimes this happens when you have not logged on to powerapps.microsoft.com on the device.

Hi @sajarac ,

Please try the below:
1. Delete the PowerApps app on your phone
2. Refresh the mobile cache
https://refreshyourcache.com/en/safari-mobile/
3. install the PowerApp app and try now.
