Hi,

Below is my use case and I would like to know if this can be done through PowerApp.

I receive requests from user informing me that an event is about to happen and that they need a survey form.

My job would be to generate a form based on a specific template and to add information such as the name of the event (questions would be identical between forms). Secondly I would need to get the data automatically and to store them somewhere but I want both to get the data for a specific event (multiple events can occur at the same time) and for all event.

I know that some part of my request could be performed through power automate but I am having a hard time figuring out how to generate automatically the form, to change the name of it but also to get the data automatically saved somewhere.

Would Powerapp help me do this ?
