Hello,
I shared a Copilot with 50+ people, how can I make sure that the new changes I make when I publish are applied to every user?
It seems like only by doing 'start over' they are applied, which is not very convenient.
Hi , @saraxcopilot
As searched , There is currently no way to call reset Conversation directly after published, unless you use Start over.
Use system topics - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn

Just a thought, but maybe add an On Inactive User node, then redirect to start over/end conversation/clear all variables. Publish the change and it may reset the convo for anyone w/the tab open?
Question, If I add 'clear all variables' and 'end all topics' on inactivity, do you think it would do the same as the start over topic but without having to actually type 'start over'?
Solution: add a topic from inactivity with 'clear all variables' and 'end all topics'. This will apply changes after you publish, without having to start over.
