Hello,

I have a problem with updating my managed solution in Powerapps production environment. The export of my solution in development environment goes well, but it blocks with the following message when I do the update in the production environment.

Error code: 80072352  - CanvasApp import: FAILURE: One or more errors occurred.

Please, is it possible to help me?

    Hi ER-24091817-0 ,

The error code 80072352 that you're encountering during a managed solution update in the PowerApps production environment typically indicates an issue related to dependencies, app configurations, or some inconsistencies between the development and production environments.

Since the error message is points to CanvasApp Import Failure, there could be an issue with the configuration or resources within the app itself.

    1) Connection references
    2) Security Roles
    3) Version Mismatch

Even check if the app references the same data sources, environments, and roles as it does in development. Verify that the Canvas app has the correct environment settings and resource connections in production.

Thank you very much for your helpNirav (Akira28),

Importing my solution from development to production environment has always worked fine.

However, today I deleted 3 tables from development environment and removed these tables from the two CanvasApps that used them in my development environment.

If I have these three tables in the security roles. Do I need to remove them from the security roles of the target environment (production) before doing the import?

    Thank you
    Eric

Having the same issue, started to observe this yesterday. I don't have any canvas app in my solution & I haven't touched the apps, just started failing with the exact same error.

    Hello everyone,

I managed to get my update through by combining the update with the Classic version without taking into account the customizations and launching the update again with the modern version of powerapps and my import worked...

However, I relaunched an import the next day without changing anything and the same error occurred. The import that lasted about 20 minutes failed after 11 seconds.

    I don't understand what's happening
    Have a nice day

    Hi ER-24091817-0 ,

Could you try the following steps? I haven’t personally tested them, as I’ve never encountered this specific scenario, but based on my understanding, this is the best approach I can suggest.

Here’s is what you should do try might help 🤞

    1. Go to your production environment and navigate to Settings > Security > Security Roles.
    2. Open the relevant security roles that may still have permissions set for the deleted tables.
    3. In the Custom Entities section (or other relevant tab), locate the deleted tables and remove or disable any access permissions for them.
    4. Save the changes to the security roles.

Once you've done this, you can proceed with the import of your solution to production without the risk of errors related to those deleted tables.
