I found that I can't open the web version of power apps, it shows that it is loading all the time, it seems that the data I was working with is too complicated, then I clicked on the refresh page button, then I can't access it all the time, is there any solution please?

You need to get access to the power platform admin center. Otherwise, contact your global administrator to raise the case.

What kind of power Apps license you have purchased?
Try ctrl +F5 in the power platform admin center.
