Good evening,

    Are you by chance running two Collect() functions instead of one Collect() or a Collect() and a Patch()?

    @gsd0475

    When your form is in View Mode can you see it by using the code in an Image control?  Also, it appears the link to the blob image is on a different line in your database.  Was this intentional?

    I may have set this up really backward but I'm a bit of a noob and still getting to grips with powerapps. No It was not intentional to have them on separate lines but this was the best I could come up with after an hour of googling and trial and error.

    Here it what I have done in picture form.....

    I have the add picture with no adjustments.....

    Apperror2.jpg

    Then I have the 'Save' picture button which is not visible on the app, This is running a Patch....

    Then I have the confirm tick which runs this....

    So the idea is that if one of my colleagues that has feedback on a certain subject can fill in the form then upload a screenshot or picture in reference to the feedback. This info will then feed into my excel table and I will then have a folder containing the pictures referenced in the table

    You could rework the data collection and use Collect() instead of SubmitForm() to gather the data instead of SubmitForm() and then a separate Patch()
