How to export bot to another environment. Also does making changes to bot in Environment B affects the bot in Environment A?

Modifications to your chatbots only impact the chatbot in the environment you do the modification in. So, no, making changes to bot in Environment B won't affect the bot in Environment A (unless you deploy an update of that bot using a solution).
