Question Regarding Business Process Flow and Power Automate

I am making an App where I have 6 BPF stages Starting from the initial "Ideation" stage and after that there are Approval stages from different approvers , I move the BPF stages using a workflow based on selection of "Approved/Rejected" option choice by the assessors .

If Any Assessor Rejects the Record at any BPF stage the stage moves back to the 1st BPF stage i.e. "Ideation" and the whole process starts again with the Record set to "Re-Apply"

Now, I want to create a power automate flow which sends automatic emails to the various parties involved at different BPF stages after the change of the BPF stage i.e. Email to the Owner of Record when the Record is initialized and notification emails to both the Accessors and Owner regarding the Approval status of the record at different BPF stages.

When the BPF moves Back to the 1st stage in case of "Rejection" then Is there any way that the Power automate that was made for the forward flow of the BPF is not triggered and for "Re-Apply" a new Power Automate flow is started considering the Record as 'Re-Applied' and subsequent emails reflect the same.

precisely, I want to know whether it is possible for a BPF to have to 2 flows associated with it

1) When no back movement is there and the flow moves forward in an orderly manner.

2) When the BPF stage moves backward , then a completely new flow starts with new values and such.
