Incompatible Types for Comparison

I'm setting this run OnStart in the app, but keep getting the dreaded "incompatible types for comparison".  I'm at a loss and can't get past it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ClearCollect(colMyActiveProjects,Sort(Filter('Project Stage',(ProjectManager.Email)=varUserEmail && 'Status'="Active"),Title));

Thanks!

    It's always the little things that get me!  Thanks so much for pointing out the obvious.  :)

    Hi Kim! I suspect your Status field is a choice, so you need to modify the formula as follows:

    ClearCollect(colMyActiveProjects,Sort(Filter('Project Stage',(ProjectManager.Email)=varUserEmail && 'Status'.Value ="Active"),Title));

    Let me know if it works!
