Hello All,
I have a SP integrated app that also has a SQL connector. Users have access to the SP list, and they also have Office 365 E5 license that includes PowerApps for Office365 Plan 3 and I have checked off the "PowerApps and Logic Flows" option.
Some users are receiving messages that say their trial has expired and it needs to be extended. Why is this happening? They shouldn't have to be on a trial if they have the PowerApps for Office365 Plan, however, I am not an expert on licensing. Could someone please explain to me what I might be missing and how I can fix this problem? It seems to be happening sporadically, and with over 100 users using this app, I would like to fix the problem before it gets worse.
Thanks a bunch
Hi @ebraga
Because the SQL connector is a premium connector, all users that use your integrated app will require a premium plan. The Office 365 E5 plan does not provide access to premium connectors and SQL Server.
