Bot not visible in teams in dynamics

Hi,

I have a new bot added in teams as a chat and I can use it in my teams app. But when I open dynamics where we have a teams integration, I can not see the chat with my bot there. Do I need to do anything to make it visible? all my other "normal" chats are visible.

Hi @ChristianAbata we are working mainly in customer service module, but the bot itself is not only related to dynamics data, we will build the bot with different sources so I would like everyone who works in dynamics to have access to the bot where ever they are in the system, thats why I wanted it to be visible as a teams chat because then its always there for them, in this section:
