Unable to see power apps icon under all Apps after clicking on waffle

I have assigned E3 license to my users which comes with seeded license for Power Apps, however when they click on waffle icon they are not able too Power apps icon

Is there any way to make this icon visible in Apps list

Hi,
Click on 'all apps', search for 'power apps' and select 'pin to launcher'

Hi Victor, This setting seems to be working at user level, Is there any way i could pin it for all the users across the organization?

Maybe you could try to create a custom tile.

Hi Catherin,
Yes, it is possible.
First go to https://portal.azure.com/ and search for Azure Active Directory.
Select Enterprise applications and then User settings
In the botton of the page you will find Office 365 settings, click on add application
A panel will be displayed, select all the apps which you want to pin for all users, make sure all of them are selected, click on add.
