I am trying to take the Microsoft Applied Skills: Create and manage canvas apps with Power Apps exam. However, it keeps getting stuck on “Please wait while connecting” and then fails with a “Retry connection” error.
Eventually, I had to close the browser, and now it says I must wait three days before trying again. This is the second time this has happened.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Did you log into the VM and then experience the issue?
If yes, I had a similar problem last week with connection errors. Logging out of the VM and logging back in fixed it for me.
Also, if you lose connection to the lab, you'll get a warning to retry the connection(as you mention).
If you reconnect within 15 minutes, you can continue where you left off.

I'd also recommend creating a support ticket using the link here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/help This might help you get it resolved faster, and you won't need to wait 3 days to retake it if they can reset it for you.
