User cannot login or access to PowerApps

Hi!

I have published the app to see if it can really works for the users.

When I click 'Play' here, it works, I can login and I am navigated to the next screen.

But when I shared it with my colleague to test it, nothing happened when they tried to login. 😭

At first I thought that maybe the database for username and password is too big so I changed the criteria to just use their email, if the email match with the user, they can login. But it still doesn't work.

Not sure if this related, but my PowerApps has connected to my personal SharePoint which can't be shared because it contains personal data of lots of people.

If anyone know how to make it works, please help.

@JULY1 - Can you share if, users are receiving any error while log in?

@AJ_vizMan Nothing showed on the screen. No error. Everything just stayed still.

Hope you followed the instructions to share App -
Share a canvas app with your organization - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

You also need to share permission for data source (SP list) for Users to create item in it.
Take a look at other alternatives

I've shared SharePoint with my colleague and it worked.
(But they shouldn't see the raw data, I will try learn the SQL according to this topic https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Governance-and/Publish-powerapp-without-having-to-share-the-datasource/td-p/346102)

However, another problem found, same as before, me as the owner, every functions on the app work but fail when user login.
1 First gallery
the data in gallery that filter by user doesn't show up.

2 Second gallery
When user typed in search box, it was loading for a few seconds but nothing showed up in the gallery.

Both gallery connected to SharePoint with more than 10k rows, and i've shared it with my colleague.

I figured out that to share SharePoint List, it can't be shared this way, since it's personal SharePoint.

It has to be shared this way.

The first time that I thought it worked because I edited some coding.
