Msbuild fails to generate solution files when spaces in the path

Hello everyone,

I was trying to take a look at the Component Framework and trying out the samples provided. Delelopment is complete, however, while generating solution files to be imported in CRM the msbuild task fails.

The initial impression looks like a problem with space in my global package path. My username is "Piyush Paliwal" in the system. Take a look at the screenshot below

Has anyone faced this issue before? If yes, how did you manage to work around this situation.

Here is a workaround for you in the mean time.
1. Create a folder (with no spaces) to store packages (For Ex: C:\mypackages)
2. Redirect nuget restore to this folder
a) On Pcf project folder, run this
msbuild -t:restore -p:RestorePackagesPath="C:\mypackages"
b) On Cds Solution project folder
msbuild -t:restore -p:RestorePackagesPath="C:\mypackages"
3. Step 2 ensures your packages are being downloaded to your custom location & read from it.

4. Run msbuild on the folder where you want to build the project.

We are investigating this issue currently for a cleaner fix.
