I have about 6 pdf and sharepoint documents in the customer service copilot bot - i have published the agent. When i test in i.e by asking questions about the documents i get 'No information was found that could help answer this.' the button next to edit knowledge source is also not working..
the error that you receive states that the model wasn't able to find relevant information, based on the prompt that you've given. You can do following:
1. First make sure that you've added the library with documents as a knowledge source.
2. Try to modify the prompt so that it's more precise in terms of your requirements - you must be specific.
3. Instead of using Sharepoint connector, you could also try to use upload file function.
