Change start page to OpenID login for not signed in users

Hi!

I have a customer service portal that are accessed with an external OpenID.

Is there away to make the OpenID sign in as first page until the user is signed in.

Can I redirect the home page to the url of the OpenID sign in instead until the user is sign in and then back to home page
