Error message after question to summarize a document

I have setup a copilot chatbot from the studio and use it from Teams. I have gone through the painfull manual authentication process and and last am able to get logged in and receive answers. I have activated generative answers and also assigned a site in sharepoint as source of my content. Now here is the thing. When I ask the chatbot to summarize a certain document (others documents do not have this issue) I receive this answer:

"Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: a:1yUIFvMW6mEmcchY2C7CpVZfSuke0OYJEk98ptt and lot more of characters. Time (UTC): 10/8/2024 12:22:47 PM."

My question is, is there a log where you can trace this error and translate it into something meaningfull?

Appreciate any suggestions. If you encounter this same sort of message, I'd like to hear also. Thank you!

If you say that the Copilot works for other documents, which means the configuration is correct.

Can you let know document type is the one that is having issue. Is it Excel spreadsheet?

You can try using the Power CAT Copilot Studio Kit in case if you want to trace the error.

The document type is Word docx. The only thing I can think of it was labeled with a confentiality label. I removed it already 2 weeks ago, but the issue remains. Thanks for the suggestion Vinoth for the Power CAT kit. Will definitely try that one. I wonder if it is not better to wait for the Copilot in SharePoint although it limits the source to 1 library. Anyone already tried that?
