I can't locate table StringMap in Azure Synapse Link for Dataverse. Does it go under another name, or is there another way to get a full list of the key value pairs from the Option Sets?

As per docs.microsoft i can see stringmap table will be available, can you please relink the same and try again

I unlinked and linked the storage account, but StringMap is still not available.
