Merge Two Collections Without Matching

I currently have two collections and

Fruit	Quantity
Apple	5
Orange	2

Location

Seattle, WA

New York, NY

Los Angeles, CA

I want to merge the two without matching values to make it into this final table

Fruit	Quantity	Location
Apple	5	Seattle, WA
Orange	2	Seattle, WA
Apple	5	New York, NY
Orange	2	New York, NY
Apple	5	Los Angeles, CA
Orange	2	Los Angeles, CA

I've tried

ClearCollect(AllTable,

ForAll(FruitTable,

ForAll(LocationTable,

{myFruit: Fruit, myQuantity: Quantity, myLocation: Location}

)

)

)

but it didn't work. Any ideas?

Clear(AllTable); ForAll(FruitTable, ForAll(LocationTable, Collect(AllTable,{myFruit: Fruit, myQuantity: Quantity, myLocation: Location}) ) )
