Hi,
I exported a managed solution from my test environment and the green ribbon saying it successfully exported came up and the download started but seemed to get stuck.
I went back and tried to export again, which incremented the solution number up.
Is there a way to re-download the download from a last export on the powerapps solutions interface if the download gets stuck or failed?

When you export a solution it will increment the version number automatically. However, before you export you do have the option to change the version number if you need to. This happens in the side pane (in make.PowerApps.com) that pops up before you confirm the export
