Copilot Studio Hanging (lost all access)

HI All, 
 
Today, access to my copilots has stopped and no matter what url I use to my environments, it just hangs with the disc in the middle of the page.  Anyone else experience this?

    I have seen several threads about this on these forums around the 10-12 July timeframe. Might be an intermittent issue?
     
    Since this is 7 days ago, are you still able to reproduce this issue?
