I've created a basic app which is a Gallery inside a horizontal container.

The purpose of this is so that a large amount of data can be viewed. It is required to scroll both horizontally and vertically.

It works exactly as I want apart from one thing. The vertical scrollbar on the gallery does not appear until I've scrolled all the way to the right.

Is there anyway that I can get a scrollbar appearing constantly however far to the left or right that I've scrolled.
