issue loading application.

Hi everybody.

I develop application for all my team and I published an update today. Everything worked fine and 5 of them had downloaded and used it well. One of them launched the app, it downloaeded and the screen stay on the loading dots (wich are running).

nothing can be done... the app doesn't load, we try to load another one app and it stay on this one loading.

I killed powerapps (with the main ipad button twice), turned of and on again and it stays on this app.

What can I do ?

Hi @keshamer.

Is it still working fine for the other 5?

What happens when the user tries to access it on a browser? This will determine whether it is a problem with the mobile player or maybe permissions?

hi @DavesTechTips. Thank you so much for responding and for your support. I found the solution:

I just erased the cache data on the powerapps.

for your information the app worked in a browser and the other apps works well on the ipad.
