We are facing issue when we are doing any changes in power apps and saving those changes. It is asking us to save to computer but not saving the changes.
It seems like to be a network related problem. I would suggest that you connect your Network Administration for checking access to the Power Platform Services from your development machine which you took the screenshot from.
