How to properly use files in the "knowledge" and uploaded files

Hi,

we are trying to build an agent whose purpose would be to analyze files (poorly written) which users upload and re-write these documents so that they are based on wording, style, formatting and sections from the files in the "knowledge" (in our case, pointing to a Sharepoint folder).  The revised and written document should be client facing.

I am struggling to let the agent understands that I don't want the files in the knowledge "analyzed", rather it should analyze the file that the user uploads and "augment" this by referring to the data in the "knowledge".
It keeps referencing the files in the "knowledge" but it is ignoring the file that the users upload.

Am I following an incorrect approach? Is there a proper way to create an agent for the purpose mentioned above?

thanks
regards

    Hi,

Knowledge sources are primarily meant for grounding your agent with your business data, so that user questions can be answered. It’s difficult to instruct the agent just through topics or instructions to use the knowledge sources as base for rewriting the uploaded documents. It’s better to use AI builder prompts for this functionality. Once the user uploads a file, capture the file content and have a power automate flow that runs an AI builder prompt. Through prompt you can have detailed instructions by passing them uploaded file content and reference file content to regenerate the content as required.

    Hello, what you want is

    - Autonomous agent to check content
    - prompt or deep reasoning

    how to do it  :

Solution 1 with HUB AI LOW CODE prompt
    1. Choose a document library : it will be the target of document deposit : people will drop document inside.
    2. Go to you'r power platform environnement, by defaut power apps, look for AI HUB, and go to "prompt / custom prompt" : here create a prompt with document input and describe what you wana correct in the document and how to ouput
    3. In you agent choose trigger with sharepoint when a document is uploaded
    4. In the workflow triggered you take the document, give it to the prompt, take back the result and then do what you wwant : create new doc, send correction to user by mail, etc etc
Solution 2 with copilot studio deep reasoning

Same but instead of give it to AI prmompt, send the content to copilot studio as "end of the flow" and in the general prompt : describe a prompt starting by "use reason " and describe what you wana achieve (deep reasoning is not enabled by default)

So, it's not an easy one :) i m sorry but i hope you understand better the low code approach , if it help, check answer as ok , it's important :)
