Hi, I’m a Brand Manager at a pharmaceutical company, and I’m building a chatbot using PowerApps for internal use within our organization. The primary purpose of the chatbot is to assist with training, answering FAQs, and explaining campaigns to our team. I thought integrating the chatbot into Microsoft Teams would be an excellent idea to streamline communication and support.
However, I keep encountering an issue when the bot responds with certain medical information. The error message states:
"An error has occurred. Error code: ContentFiltered Conversation Id: [An error has occurred. Error code: ContentFiltered Conversation Id: a:18n1Mp6qk6ccgvbdFG8y4tS-ukdEpXDgCQU6jmOm0LvzGGzpF29g1mdl1xh28OBUW4gltYXE1RpnEiBtd4xg-l5c04Sty-rvw0Bs7uf_R5RoVI2tZwU6X6Q1rzfMgZuJY Time (UTC): 2025-01-08T05:02:25.747Z.)]."
The chatbot is intended for internal use only, discussing secure medical data stored in internal systems like SharePoint and Dataverse. I suspect the issue is caused by Microsoft's content filtering system blocking medical terms, even though the app is private and not accessible to the public.
Could you please help me disable or adjust content filtering for this app so the chatbot can function as intended? If disabling filtering isn’t possible, I would appreciate any guidance on how to configure the app to allow these types of responses.
Thank you!
