    Hi Rampprakash,

What does the bulk delete feature does? I don't want to delete everything.

I want first to organise the data to remove any inconsistencies and duplication and to correct any spelling errors, Can I do that by using power queries in excel? then uploading the excel spreadsheet back to the system to override the existing data?

    Hello @MohamedKastero1,

Yes you can do the same. Just export all the data from the Excel and Alter the Changes and Import back as as EXCEL file to update the same.

Note: Make Sure you are Re-Importing Excel file to Update else it will create new Records.

    Import Steps:

Go to https://make.powerapps.com then click on Gear Icon at the top then Click Advance Settings then click Data Management then Imports
