Hi all,
I’m using a custom Copilot Studio bot and want to track analytics like:
Which users interact with the bot
Most asked questions
Store each chat (transcript or summary)
I tried using Dataverse, but it seems only non-custom agents are supported for built-in analytics. I also enabled analytics in settings, but not sure where or how to access/store the data.
Main goal: get this data into Dataverse, Power BI, or any other place I can work with.
Is there a way to do this for custom copilots? Any best practices?
