How to escalate to live agent phone number with sip header

I'm trying to configure the escalate system topic so that the copilot will transfer the user to a predefined phone number with a SIP header (assuming the bot uses voice telephony channel). Does this feature exist in copilot studio? Couldn't find handoff related docs for the telephony channel.
