Convert newly created (copy/pasted) word document to PDF automatically.

Hi Guys,

So basically i would like to automate that each time a user uploads a word document into their designated folder it would automatically have a PDF version of that same word document.

I found this template (link) but i cannot put my finger on how to do the steps. How do I point the step to the folder where the Word file is pasted to? Along with how do i point the automatically created PDF to inherit the name along with knowing the same folder where it is supposed to be created to.

* point to the word file that is created

* point to the folder where the world file is created

* point to the folder where the automated PDF would be stored

* naming the PDF?

It's really confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    It's been almost a year since I last visited this post of mine. Is the Encodian solution able to pull up contents from a sharepoint list or does it have to be direct from HTML? That part is confusing me.

    You can use the onedrive conversion however I found that the result is not always as I would like it to be. Personally I prefer the paid for solutions.

    An example of this you can see in my post about this:
