I have a complex form and not sure how to create in PowerApp, can anyone help?
Need to create one nomination form with the 3 sections as one FORM
Section one - fill in personal info by Nominator A
Section two - fill in list of 9 nominatees - name , department and two more info - how to have increment fill in and view at the same at the same time without re-entering Section one again.
- one question on declaration to click click Yes/ No
- enable to upload pdf supporting file
Section three - 3 supporting info with declaration to click
how to view the 9 nominatees info and the pdf file in the browser view screen
Step 2, when all the information are submitted, how can the approver view the 9 nominatees details in the view screen and have with in the screen create comments box to input ??
lastly, all data & attachments to update into SharePoint list
