disabling Copilot "filter assistance" on galleries -- where is the setting?

Need to disable the Copilot popup that recently started appearing to the end user in the web player. Details on how to do this are supposedly here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/power-apps/user/smartgrid#turn-off-gallery-filtering-in-the-web-player

However, I cannot find this setting anywhere:

Also, on an editorial note, I cannot understand why this was introduced and turned "on" by default, without an easy way to toggle it off. Not only is it extremely disruptive to the user experience, it could also violate application business rules intended to control what data appears in galleries.

afaik this could only be possible with powershell and no setting directly in studio or admin center.

maybe this can help here too (but its for text boxes)

dont know if there is even a feature for galleries:
