Enabling language causes downtime?

Hi all,

I am about to enable a language on an environment linked through Power Platform Integration. When enabling the language, I first get the following pop-up:

It says Microsoft Dynamics 365 might not be useable during this time. Is this referring to (for example) CRM/Sales, the model driven apps in the environment, or is this referring to Finance and Operations? I see this pop-up in both linked environments as non-linked environments, so I would assume it is just for the Model Driven Apps, but I want to be sure.

Thank you in advance!

it refers to the Dataverse / Power Apps / Dynamics 365 CE-Sales where you are enabling the language.

F&O is not affected by enabling a language.
