Unable to use Event Entity

I have a question node and want to assign the answer provided by the user to the event entity.

After answering the question 'What event are you looking for?', the flow does not proceed to the next node but instead keeps looping on the question before eventually escalating.

Doing the same for other entities, for example 'Age' has no issues.

My training? Not sure what you mean. Can you please clarify?

I have trigger clauses such as "tell me more about the fishing event" & "tell me more about the golfing event".

Immediately after the trigger clause I have a question "What event are you interested in?" and assigning it to the prebuilt event entity.

Neither is my event picked up from the chatbot input and no matter how many times I answer the question, I am not able to get past the question.

Seems there is some training that needs to happen. Please guide me were I need go train the event entity.

That is not exactly how the event prebuilt works, I think you should try and create a custom event entity for your copilots specific events and use examples of those in the training utterances.

Custom entity is exactly what I had done, but that has issues with slot-filling, please see here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Topic-Creation-Management/Custom-Entity-and-Slot-Filling-Issues/m-p/2675713#M1652, I want to deploy the chatbot to a public facing website and have not control over the case or capitalization.

If you can also tell me how exactly the event prebuilt works, that would help.
