Power Apps mobile app experience in offline mode (Model-driven apps)

Question for anyone with Power Apps mobile app experience in offline mode (Model-driven apps).

When the initial offline sync has been completed while the user is online, should the user be able to close the app and re-launch the app while offline? Or can the app only be opened when online?

In the Power Apps mobile app experience for offline mode (Model-driven apps), once the initial offline sync has been completed while the user is online, the user can close the app and re-launch it while offline. The offline capabilities of the app allow users to continue interacting with the app and accessing data even when they are not connected to the internet. This feature enhances flexibility and usability by enabling users to work seamlessly in offline mode and then synchronize data once they regain internet connectivity.

Hi @seanhodkinson ,

Could you please make sure you have enabled your Model Driven App for offline usage?

Follow the below steps to enable the App for offline mode,
Navigate to the App area in your environment.
Click on the three dots corresponding to the app of concern.
Select "OPEN IN APP DESIGNER."

In the App Designer, follow these steps:

Go to the "Settings" section.

Within the "General" tab, locate the "Can be used offline" option and enable this option.
After enabling, select "Select offline mode and profile" of your choice.

After these settings Save and publish the App.
