I have a third-party tool that uses WhatsApp in my company. This tool is quite simple, it doesn't have artificial intelligence capabilities or specific topics. What I wish to do is integrate it into the framework I've built in Power Virtual Agents, without using the standard input and output interface of Power Virtual Agents. The third-party tool will handle this aspect, including human interaction. My main question is whether it's possible to integrate it into the decision tree part and the insights tool. How can I accomplish this?

You have the option to integrate your Copilot Studio with your WhatsApp as a channel by using Twilio. Also, if you need to integrate with third-party systems you could do it by using Power Automate flows and Custom connectors.
