Hide Header and Footer on Subgrids + Increase Row Height in Model Driven App Form

Looking to customize sub grids- a bit. 

- Is there a way to change the row height? I have some multi-line fields that just display as one long row - would like to enhance the view so the height shows few lines in shorter width 

- Is there a way to hide the header and footer on subgrids added to a form?  Thanks in advance.

    You can hide the grid buttons on the Grid header by using ribbon workbench on the XRM toolbox.

    I don't believe you can hide the footer
